Heimerdinger Counters for Top, Patch 16.06

Block Sylas’s (E) with [Q] to gain the upper hand in combat. Sylas has a hard time clearing lane and [Q] early game, so easily continue to apply pressure in lane. Also, Heimerdinger’s bonus movement speed on [P] allows him to move easier near [Q].
